On September 27th 2007 a scheduled estimation of the assets of Intway Properties Fund has been made. Share cost increased in 4,39 % in comparison to the previous estimation on July 20th, 2007. General growth of fund assets from the moment of its inception made 9,09 %. Growth of the assets value is due to the constantly increasing interest of investors and individuals to the real estate market, and as a result the growth of the cost of a square meter.
